  •  1½ tazas de harina tamizada
  • ¼ de cucharadita sal
  • ½ cucharadita bicarbonato de sodio
  • 1 taza de canela
  • ¼ taza de manteca [ * ]
  • 1 taza de azúcar
  • ½ taza de mantequilla de maní
  • 2 huevos bien batidos
  • ¼ taza de leche
  • 1 taza de café de vainilla
  • ¾ taza de pasas sin semillas
  • ¾ taza de copos de avena

  • Mezclar y tamizar los primeros 4 ingredientes.
  • Batir la manteca hasta que esté cremosa.
  • Añadir poco a poco el azúcar sin dejar de batir.
  • Agregue la mantequilla de maní; mezclar bien.
  • Agregue los huevos, la leche y la vainilla: mezcle bien.
  • Añadir los ingredientes secos tamizados: mezclar bien.
  • Agregue las pasas y la avena.
  • Cubra y refrigere por una hora.
  • Precalentar el horno a moderado: 350°F/180°C.
  • Deje caer la masa por cucharaditas en bandejas para hornear sin engrasar, aproximadamente a 2 pulgadas de distancia.
  • Hornear durante 15 minutos hasta que las galletas estén doradas.
  • Dejar enfriar sobre rejilla.
