Ingredientes para esta receta

  • Anchoas marinadas en aceite
  • Ajo
  • 2 huevos
  • vinagre de jerez
  • queso parmesano
  • Crema fresca
  • Pimiento de Espelette

preparación de salsa

  • Casca los huevos y separa las claras de las yemas. Guarda las claras para otra receta.
  • Rallar unos 40 g de parmesano.
  • Pelar 2 dientes de ajo.
  • En el bol de tu batidora, mezcla 100 g de anchoas, el ajo, las yemas de huevo y el parmesano.
  • Añadir 40 cl de nata, 100 ml de vinagre y 5 o 6 pizcas de pimiento de Espelette.
  • Mezclar todo para obtener una salsa suave.
